Accounting

Developing accounting systems is a priority for the positive growth of any business. To make sure that operations run smoothly, financial data like revenue, costs of food and beverages, room rates, occupancy and more need to be analyzed often to improve management of the business.

To fully appreciate the expertise of our financial planning team, we prepare cash flow projections, operating forecasts, investment recommendations and capital expenditure plans for our clients.

Following the Uniform System of Hotel Accounts, you can expect profit and loss statement from the Namou Hotel Group on a monthly basis. This includes an analysis of performance in comparison to the same month of the preceding year and operation results of the current year to date.

Operations

NHG will recruit, hire and train all on-site staff. NHG will design and install all operating, control and reporting systems. NHG prepares pre-opening and first-year operating budgets, as well as cash flow projections. NHG creates sales action plans, comprehensive pre-opening marketing, and advertising plans.

For a new hotel opening its doors, operational planning starts early. Staffing needs are evaluated; efficient operating procedures are developed; food and beverage service is planned; costs and revenues are projected and analyzed, and on-site management is selected. When the property is in final stages of construction, operational testing begins.

And, by the time the hotel opens its doors, it can begin to operate efficiently and profitably.

Sales

The approach to sales requires that all employees have a sales orientation and is what we believe. Our approach is to set up training programs as soon as employees are hired and during their time as staff. Sales goals are also set for each staff. The basic principles are what we implement. Customers receive a personal call from our staff to remind them that they are important which keeps them coming back with more business for the company.

Continuously improving on the business plan for each property based on its weaknesses and strengths is how NHG gets the best out of a business venture. To achieve the targets set for a year, a new plan is drawn up taking into consideration the market competition in order to attract and retain business, improve profits, and also increase the occupancy rate

Consulting

Both existing and new developments can get consulting services from NHG. We also offer consultation for acquisitions and renovations all to meet the requirements of a customer to guarantee increased returns.
